GENERAL
I have the right to publish and use the drawings in my portfolio, artbooks and social medias. If the commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied. I will not do hardcore NSFW, violent and hateful art.As of this moment my commissions are first come first serve.

PAYMENTS
Payments are done upfront (work starts after the payment is completed) There is always an upcharge of 5% of the base price (VGen fee)

REVISIONS
Revisions in the sketching phase are free. Revisions after the sketching phase require a fee based on the complexity.

TURNAROUND TIME
For regular Character art and Chibi commissions is 4-6 weeks. For Concept art commission is 1-2 months.For VTuber models is 2-3 months. For Twitch related commissions is 3-6 weeks.For Skeb-like commissions is 2-6 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE: I am currently a fulltime student, meaning it takes me longer to finish work, thank you for understanding!

USE
Clients are not under any circumstances permitted to use the commission artwork for NFT. AI-related usage is strictly prohibited.

DECLINE OR CANCELLATION
I have the right to refuse any commission request, without needing to explain the reason. I reserve the right to stop work on a commission, or cancel a commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour, inability to effectively communicate in the English language, or a breach of these Terms of Service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Please credit me if you plan to use the commissioned artwork from me.I reserve all the rights over the artwork I made, but not over the characters drawn.

REFUNDS
No refunds after the work has started. If the artist cancels the commission, 100% of the original price will be refunded to the client.

COMMUNICATION
My preferred way of communication is via Discord. Although if that’s not possible I am ok with communicating via Twitter or Instagram, replies may be although slower if you choose these options.
